For the last 12 years, Adams Peak has been solely BYO. We have been listening to our couples over the years, and many say choosing the alcohol was one of the most stressful parts of the wedding. From working out how many drinks your guests will have, then what quantity to order, then choosing the selection based on your guests’ preferences, and did you get enough…blah blah blah... it was just another thing they had to worry about!
So… In addition to BYO....Beverage Packages are here!
Adams Peak Country Estate has teamed up with Hunter Bar Packages to now offer Beverage Packages.
We have put together a list of beverage packages that offers an exceptional variety from some of the best commercial and boutique wineries in the Hunter Valley. This will ensure all your guests enjoy what they're drinking and also get to try some of the local wines whilst they're here.
Beverage Packages Options
Please note: All of our Beverage Packages are based on service, immediately after the ceremony until last drinks are served (30 mins prior to the end of the event).
- Classic Package - Wines, Bubbles and Beer - $60 per adult
- Premium Package - Wines, Bubbles and Beer - $75 per adult
- Pick and Choose Package - Design your own package - Prices vary
- Add Ons - ciders, cocktail keg, spirits, non-alcoholic wines etc. - Price TBQ
- Additional Service Options – pre ceremony drinks, spirits, champagne tower – Prices vary
- BYO - No charge
*Prices and Packages are effective as of September 1, 2023. Packages are for a minimum of 50 guests. Less than 50 guests will need to be quoted separately. BYO will also include glassware (wine, champagne, beer schooners, tumblers and high balls), soft drinks (for general consumption), chilled drinking water and ice.

Pick and Choose Options
We understand some people may want to choose a Premium Wine Package, with a Classic Beer Package, or maybe BYO wine and choose a Beer Package.
You can design your own package to suit yourself.
Add On Options
You can also purchase an additional keg/s of specialty beverages to have on the night. Below is a list of the most popular, but if there is something you would like that’s not on the list, please feel free to ask. Please note, beer kegs are based on a per head package price.

Additional Service Options
Pre-Ceremony Drinks - $5 per guest
If you would like drinks to be served prior to your ceremony, whilst guests are arriving. this can be added for upto 1 hour charged at $5 per guest. This can only be added in addition to a Classic or Premium Beverage Package.
Champagne Tower - $250
If you would like to have a champagne tower for your wedding, this can now be added as an extra service.
This would include:
- 30 champagne coupes / 3 tier tower plus 1 glass on top
- Tray (to catch the overflow)
- Sparkling wine for tower is included with Beverage Packages, or if BYO you provide your own sparkling wine.
- Setup and pack down
- (Please note: we allow 5 bottles for the tower)
Spirits
You have the option for your guests to purchase spirits over the bar at their own cost. A Cash Bar will only be available on prior approval of the couple and will only be available at the reception. Please note: Cash Bar does not necessarily mean cash, eftpos will be available.
The spirits and mixers available for purchase are: Bourbon; Scotch; Gin; and Vodka. Mixers available: coke; coke zero; tonic water; lemonade; soda water and ginger ale.
BYO (Bring your Own)
There is still the option to BYO (Bring Your Own) if you choose to.
All our current packages* include RSA bar staff as part of your package. BYO will also include glassware (wine, champagne, beer schooners, tumblers and high balls), soft drinks (for general consumption), chilled drinking water and ice.
If you have chosen to have cocktails, table service or a special service not outlined above, additional staff may be required. This will be charged separately on a case-by-case basis, please speak to the Wedding Coordinator. If you require cocktail glasses, these must be hired from an external company or provided by you.
The way it works is: you purchase and supply the alcohol, and place it in our cool room when you arrive.
*All venue bookings made from 1 August 2022 include bar staff, glassware, ice, soft drink (for general consumption - not mixers) regardless of if they are BYO or Beverage Package.
All venue bookings made prior to 1 August 2022 will still be on previous packages and will incur an additional $18 per guest charge for bar staff, soft drink and glassware as per the original agreement.
