Whether it's selecting vendors, finalising guest lists, making payments or creating timelines, our portal streamlines your planning process, allowing you to focus on what truly matters.
The portal is complemented by scheduled phone chats with our Wedding Coordinator, who reviews your preferences, offers advice, and ensures that no important details are missed or overlooked. Our Wedding Coordinator can also suggest vendors, provide helpful insights, and address any concerns, guiding you every step of the way towards your dream wedding.
The standout feature of the personalised wedding portal is its automatically generated Wedding Day Run Sheet, which outlines the timeline and schedule of events.
Once confirmed, the Wedding Day Run Sheet is automatically emailed to all vendors, staff and setup crew, to ensure everyone is on the same page, and have the same schedule.
The final aspect is our On The Day Coordinator, who will oversee the event from pre-ceremony to post-formalities.
