The Whole Package (Ceremony, Reception & Accommodation - Weekend and Midweek)

We provide ceremony, reception, accommodation and all the basics you need for your perfect wedding against the amazing backdrop of the Broken Back Ranges. We also organise the catering and staffing (at additional charge). You just bring the family, friends, drinks (BYO) and decorations.


2018 weekends are full and 2019 weekends are filling fast - check our available dates here. Midweeks dates are still available. Occasionally cancellations occur, so please let us know if you would like to be added to our waiting list.

One Perfect Day Package (Ceremony & Reception - Week days only)

Don’t require accommodation? Then our One Perfect Day Package is perfect for you. We provide ceremony, reception, and all the basics you need for your perfect wedding – without the accommodation. This package is for midweek weddings only. Catering and staffing are available at additional charge.

Ceremony & Reception Only

9am – 12 midnight (Monday – Thursday only)
All inclusive package – NO accommodation
Access from 9am to 5pm the day before to setup (where possible)
Last drinks 11.30pm, guests to leave by 12 midnight
Packdown of decorations to be completed by 1am - packdown of tables and chairs to be done by venue staff.

Catering and Suppliers

Our exclusive caterers Monkey Place Catering can offer a range of amazing food options such as traditional alternate drop, sharing platters, bbq buffet, cocktail style.

We do not allow outside caterers to be brought in. Our reputation relies on our caterers providing excellent quality food and exceptional customer service. They are extremely flexible and well-priced, and they are happy to work with you if there is specific requirements. While Adams Peak Country Estate is a BYO Venue, it is a still a requirement of the venue that RSA is practiced and enforced by trained & qualified bar staff during you’re event. Our supplier of Bar Staff Services is Williams & Co. Entertainment & Events, they will be able to answer all your questions and offer advice on how to best meet all your requirements and needs for your event.

We also have a list of recommended suppliers, to make planning easier for you or at least give you somewhere to start.

Payment Terms

$500 deposit required to lock in dates, then the balance of 25% within the first month.

The next 25% is due a year out from the wedding

The balance of 50% is due one month out from the wedding.

Payment Plan
We also have monthly payment plans available. So, the initial $500 deposit to lock in the dates, the balance of 25% to be paid within the first month, and then monthly payments (payments calculated out on balance due divided by number of months until the wedding). Please contact us to discuss.
