The little things make all the difference.
From fresh fruit and flowers in all five suites, cheese and biscuits upon arrival and chilled champagne in the fridge, we go out of our way to ensure that your first time with us won’t be your last. All our rates are per couple per night and include a hot country breakfast served every morning in the breakfast room. Special discounts are applicable for weekend guests who extend their stay into the following week.

Adams Peak B&B Rates

Weekend Rate (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights)

Weekend: de-luxe suites 1 night $280, 2 nights $400, additional nights $100 extra Weekend: Spa suite  1 night $330, 2 nights $465, additional nights $120

Mid-week Rate (Monday - Thursday nights)

Mid-week: Deluxe Suite 1 night $155, 2 nights $275, each night thereafter $85 Mid-week: Spa Suite 1 night $195, 2 nights $330, each night thereafter $95

Honeymoon Spa Suite - Midweek

$225 for the first night.* Additional nights $175. Minimum nights apply.

5-night Honeymoon Package

Check in Sunday 4pm - check out Friday 10am. $700 per couple for 5 nights.*

Group Bookings

There are 7 suites, 7 queen beds and 3 king single’s bedding up to 17 people. Whole of house bookings for the weekend (two night minimum) including a hot country breakfast each morning, a bottle of wine and a cheese/fruit platter in each suite on arrival is $2800 – plus the use of our 18 hole private golf course.

* Marked rates include a big country or a continental breakfast daily, as well as a bottle of red or white wine and a cheese platter in your suite on arrival.

Normal check in times are 4pm and check out 10am, these may differ when requested.

BBQ packs (incl. steak or chicken, salad & potatoes in foil) priced at $25 per person or dinners for special occasions or groups are available upon request with advance notice (menu's available). All rooms include wine and spirit glasses.

A minimum deposit if $200 is payable on confirmation of your booking. This deposit is not refundable at less than 14 days notice.
