From Sydney – via Wollombi and F3 Freeway (scenic route)
From the F3 freeway take the Peats Ridge exit (route 33, one exit after Mt White). Follow the signs for Wollombi. You will travel the Old Convict Trail from Bucketty – a windy road through the valley – passing through Laguna. At Wollombi Tavern, continue straight – the road has a small section of dirt road just outside Wollombi. Keep following Wollombi Road for a further 30km until you reach Broke.
